Strawberry Days is the name Pleasant Grove, Utah, gives their summer festival. I have noticed that not every year do they include a car show in the list of events, so when I saw a time and place I marked it on this year’s calendar.
The event this year was sponsored by the police department as a fundraiser with entry fees and raffles for prizes. Perhaps this is why it’s not an annual tradition with Strawberry Days. This is also one of the smaller car shows with “12 exotic cars and 80-100 classic cars” advertised on the festival event page. Roughly two-thirds that number were in attendance, as many entries had to choose among the other local summer festivals being held simultaneously, much like I did.
I missed getting a picture of a Camaro Z/28 which left while I was there, only to see that same car at the next show later that afternoon!
However, there are several entries not seen here that will get spotlighted in future posts.
